Opportunity

The company's external manufacturing operations (ExM Ops) division invited me to conduct a workshop with their team leads, hoping to streamline workflows throughout their organization.

Audience

The ExM Ops leadership team I worked with consisted of 34 team leaders with little to no experience using generative AI (Gen AI). They were eager to integrate the company's internal Gen AI platform into their daily tasks.

Action

I developed a hands-on workshop with ExM Ops team leaders featuring team-specific tasks they encounter daily in their work.

Impact

After out first workshop, the ExM Ops team invited me back to answer follow up questions and to showcase approximately five new prompts they implemented to streamline their work.
